General:

What will I receive with my monthly subscription of Your Bijoux Box?

Your Bijoux Box will arrive at your doorstep containing 3 pieces of jewelry, hand curated by Shana. The jewelry we select is on-trend, versatile and wearable, and you will receive at least $100 worth of jewelry each month. We scrutinize hundreds of pieces of jewelry until we find just the right ones for the box. The sparkles in the box might include a long layering necklace, a fun statement collar, a pretty piece of arm candy.

Will I know what jewelry I will receive in the box?

It is a surprise every month! Your Bijoux Box is a gift to you (from you) every month. We watch the trends, and hand curate our favorite pieces, so you don’t have to. It’s like having a trendy trusted friend select a few key items to update your wardrobe every month, at a fraction of the retail price, and without having to make the trip to the mall. Watch our blog and social media sites for sneak peeks of one of the next month’s pieces!

Returns

We cannot take back merchandise, unless it arrives damaged, in which case you can email us at contact@yourbijouxbox.com. Each necklace or bracelet you receive from Your Bijoux Box retails for at least $35, and very often much more. If you receive a piece that is not quite your style, we recommend that you gift it to someone who will love it – your mom, daughter, sister, friend, teacher or colleague. Each piece comes in its own pretty bag, which makes it perfect for gifting! Take a look at our previous monthly boxes to see our style!

How can I cancel my subscription?

We pride ourselves in making cancellations as simple as possible. You can cancel your subscription from your account page, or simply by emailing us at contact@yourbijouxbox.com. We will not try to make you stay, but welcome any feedback in making Your Bijoux Box better. Please simply cancel your subscription up to the last day of the previous month. If you have a monthly subscription, you can cancel the August subscription box any time before the end of July. If you have, for example, a 3 month subscription for January, February and March, you can cancel it any time until the end of March, before we charge you at the beginning of April for April, May and June.

How will I know the best ways this piece can update my wardrobe?

Included in Your Bijoux Box will be a note with our favorite styling tip. Over the course of the month, we will show you many more inspirational ideas on our blog and twitter, pinterest, facebook and instagram feeds. If you found a great way to wear it, share it with us on instagram or facebook – we would love to see your style and be inspired by you.

Shipping:

When will I receive my first box?

Your Bijoux Box will ship by the 15th of the month, and will usually arrive within 3 days if shipping within the US. We will send you a tracking number so you can keep tabs on your gift box!

What if I want to change my address?

For month-to-month subscriptions, changes to your billing and shipping information can be made on your Account Page underneath your membership status. Please complete any address changes before the 1st of the next month. If you have not made address changes by this deadline, Your Bijoux Box may go to the previous address we had on file for you.

For changes to 3, 6 or 12 month subscriptions, please email us at contact@yourbijouxbox.com so we can be sure that we update your address in all the right places.

Please refer to our Terms of Use for more information. Please know that it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that your address is current and that you can receive packages, which do not require a signature.

My jewelry arrived damaged, what can I do?

Oh no! Send us an email at contact@yourbijouxbox.com with a photo of the problem, within 3 weeks of delivery of the box and we will send you a replacement piece. We do have limited numbers of each piece, so if we no longer have this item, we will send you a different piece as replacement.

Orders and Billing:

When will I be billed for my recurring subscription?

When you initially sign up, you will be billed for immediately for your first box, even if the box is going to arrive in a following month. You will be billed for all future boxes around the beginning of the month, when we are processing your order.

If I have a 3, 6 or 12 month subscription, what will happen at the end of my term?

Your subscription will automatically renew for another 3,6 or 12 month subscription at the then current subscription rate, so you do not miss out on a box! You can cancel this subscription any time prior to the end of this term.

Can I give a box as a gift?

You can order a gift box for a friend by clicking “give a gift” or “join now” and selecting any of the “Your Bijoux Box Gift” options. This will allow you to gift one box, or give the gift over 2, 3, 6 or 12 months. A gift subscription will not automatically renew and will terminate at the end of the term. Remember to write a gift message in the “order notes” box so we can hand write the recipient a personalized note.

I would like to order more then one subscription. How can I do this?

Each order has to be placed individually so that you can enter the name and address for each subscription. You can have as many subscriptions and gifts on your account as you would like, but will have to order and checkout each one separately.
